Services available on an on-site basis include:
- Installation of all new equipment
- Troubleshooting and repair of all Scott Office Systems machines
- Hands-On Operator Training
- Hands-On Maintenance Training
SCHEDULE OF CHARGES FOR SERVICE CALLS - Effective June 5, 2006
STANDARD RATES*: $150.00 per hour OR $1200.00 per 8 hour day OR $5,500 per 5 day week
*This rate applies from the Service person's time of departure to the job site to the time of return after the job is completed.
EXPENSES: All out-of-pocket expenses are billed at cost. The expenses include such things as airfare, bus and taxi fares, car rental, meals and lodging costs. Travel for local service calls made by personal car will be billed at $0.47 per mile.
MINIMUM BILLING: For NON-LOCAL SERVICE CALLS, the minimum billing will be for 8 hours plus expenses.
STANDBY TIME: When Scott Service Personnel are on a job site but unable to perform the services requested because of circumstances beyond Scott's control, the customer will be billed at the regular rate. |
