Customers can now schedule a preventive maintenance call from our highly trained technicians at a fraction of the cost of an emergency or non-scheduled service call.  All PM calls will include the following:

• 3 hours of Preventive Maintenance or Training by a Certified Scott Technician 
• 20% off our standard service rate for additional time (after the first 3 hrs) 
• 10% off all parts purchased during the call (must be invoiced within 24 hrs of call)
•  No additional charge for Travel or Expenses to/from your facility

There are three convenient and cost effective, service plan options to choose from:

Platinum Plan*: Includes 4 prescheduled PM calls per year at $425 per call (billed once annually).  Platinum customers will receive scheduling priority over all other customers.   

Gold Plan*: Includes 2 prescheduled PM calls per year at $450 per call (billed once annually).  Gold Plan customers will receive scheduling priority over Non-Contract customers.

No Plan Required: Customers who prefer may schedule their PM calls on an as-needed basis.  The standard fee of $500 will apply.

*Service plans are available in 1 and 2 year options, an additional discount will apply for 2 year plans.
